Need help in compliance with federal and local angencies for your
marine facility?
We offer marine consulting services for compliance with:

United States Coast Guard (USCG)- we will write facility
response plans and operations manuals, provide facility training, and other
USCG compliance items as required by 33 CFR 154

Texas General Land Office (TGLO)- We will also write
facility response plans and SPCC plans,which are mandated
by law under the EPA, but your facility must have one in
order to be certified by the TGLO for fuel transfer.

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)- We will write
SPCC plans and help your company complete applications required by the
EPA

Conservation Commission (TNRCC)- We will help you
get your fuel tanks registered by the TNRCC

Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)- For
shrimp processing, wholesale and retail facilities, we will write HACCP
plans as required by the Federal Drug Administration

Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA)- We can write
saftey manuals and training programs as required by OSHA.

Oil Prevention Act of 1990 (OPA 90)- mandates a Facility
Response plan, for all Marine Transfer Facilities, to handle petroluem (hydro carbor)
products from or to vessels with a total products capacity of more than 250 barrels
(10,500 gals.) petroluem
Training/Certification Courses we Offer:

Commercial Vessel Safety Training Course- We have a Commercial Vessel
Safety Training Course that we wrote, and has USCG approval. We teach this course upon request.

CPR and First Aid- We have Red Cross certified CPR and First Aid
instructors, and teach those classes throughout the year.
